Orders & Checkout

01How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, choose your size and design, and click Add to Cart. When ready, proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

02Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn’t dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help.

03I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at [email protected] with the name and email used at checkout and we’ll resend it right away.

04Can I order in bulk or for a group?

Absolutely! Whether for a family trip, event, or group — we love helping people match in island style. Email us at [email protected] to discuss bulk order options.

05Do you offer gift messages?

You can include a personal note in the order notes field at checkout. We’ll make sure it goes in with your package. For special requests, feel free to contact us.

06What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other secure options available at checkout. All transactions are fully encrypted.

Shipping & Delivery

01How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US standard shipping takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Other international orders typically take 10–25 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

02Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders of $50 or more — applied automatically at checkout. For orders under $50, US shipping is $4.99.

03Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Rates start from $12.99 and vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

04How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

05My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

Check with neighbors or building management first, as packages are sometimes left safely nearby. If you still can’t find it, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

06Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update your address only if the order hasn’t dispatched yet. Once shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages.

Returns & Refunds

01What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. See our full Return Policy page for details.

02How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a return label where applicable.

03How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–7 days for your bank to process the credit.

04Can I exchange for a different size or design?

Yes! Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange for the right size or a different design, subject to stock availability.

05My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or full refund right away, completely free of charge.

06Do I pay for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item was damaged or incorrect, we cover the full return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.

01What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range from S through 8XL so everyone can enjoy island style. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed feel.

02What materials are your shirts made from?

Our shirts are crafted from breathable, lightweight fabrics designed for warm weather comfort. Specific material details are listed on each product page. Every fabric is chosen for softness, durability, and ease of care.

03How do I care for my Mota Sport shirt?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents to keep prints vibrant. Full care instructions are on the garment label inside each shirt.

04Will sold-out items restock?

Popular designs do sometimes restock, but we can’t guarantee every item will return. Use the “Notify Me” feature on the product page or email us — we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back.

05Do your shirts run true to size?

Our shirts generally run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. Check the size chart on each product page. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

06How many designs do you offer?

We currently offer 30+ unique designs across 3 collections, with new styles added regularly. Browse our full collection here.

Account & Privacy

01Do I need an account to place an order?

No account needed — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

02How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and enter your email. We’ll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

03Is my personal and payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through fully encrypted, SSL-secured connections. We never store full card details. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

04How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or manage preferences in your account settings. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) will still be sent.

05Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email us at [email protected] from your registered address and we’ll process the deletion within 7 business days. Note that this will remove access to your order history.

06Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
